How Your Support Changes Lives

$25: Sponsor one person in our Reboot & Recovery Program, offering tools to heal from trauma and rediscover purpose.

$100: Provide a Gottman Method coaching session, helping couples rebuild trust and strengthen relationships, or fund a trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness class to foster resilience and emotional well-being.

$500: Sponsor one person in the Grief Recovery Method, a proven program that guides individuals toward healing and closure, or fund a full SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) workshop to equip participants with tools for emotional intelligence and stress management.

$1,000: Sponsor two individuals in the Grief Recovery Method program, provide end-of-life doula care for five veterans or individuals transitioning alone, or deliver an extended series of trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness practices to underserved communities.
