Sometimes the Church throws stones. But Jesus never did.

Updated: 4 days ago

In John 8, a woman is dragged before Him by religious men with stones in their hands. She’s accused. Shamed. Used.

Jesus doesn’t argue.

He kneels.

He writes in the dirt.

He creates sacred space.

Then He says:

“Let the one without sin throw the first stone.”

They all walk away. And when it’s just Him and her, He speaks the words we all need to hear:

“Neither do I condemn you.”

That’s what we believe in the Independent Catholic Church.

We’re not here to condemn.

We’re here to love, to listen, to heal.

There are no stones at our altar.

Only grace.

If you’ve been hurt by religion, told you’re not enough, or feel like there’s no place for you—come home.

You are not alone. You are not condemned. You are loved.

Join us.

This is your Church too.
