Marriage isn’t about being perfect. It’s about learning how to show up for each other, even when life gets messy. That’s why I offer a marriage seminar based on the book The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work by Dr. John Gottman and Nan Silver.
This isn’t just another relationship book—it’s based on over 40 years of research with real couples. Dr. Gottman has studied what makes relationships succeed or fall apart, and his work has helped thousands of couples build stronger, healthier marriages.
What the Seminar Covers
In this workshop, couples learn simple, proven tools to:
Build friendship and emotional connection
Communicate more clearly and gently
Manage conflict in healthy ways
Support each other’s dreams and goals
Repair after arguments
Rebuild trust and connection
Whether you’re married, engaged, or in a long-term partnership, this seminar is for you.
What to Expect
No group sharing required
Respectful, supportive environment
Hands-on exercises with your partner
Practical skills you can use right away
Based on The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work, a book backed by real science
This isn’t about “fixing” your relationship. It’s about giving it the tools it needs to grow.
Who This Is For
This seminar is for couples of all backgrounds—whether you’ve been together for 30 years or 3 months. It’s inclusive, judgment-free, and grounded in compassion and evidence-based tools. LGBTQ+ couples are welcome.
You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit. Many strong couples take this seminar just to grow closer.
About the Program
The seminar is based on the work of the Gottman Institute, created by Drs. John and Julie Gottman. It follows the Seven Principles framework, which is one of the most respected relationship programs in the world. The workbook and materials are practical and easy to follow.
I’m trained in Gottman Method Levels 1 & 2, as well as The Seven Principles Leader Training. That means I’m equipped to guide you through each exercise with care, clarity, and respect.
Love doesn’t have to be perfect to be worth saving. It just has to be nurtured.
If you’re ready to strengthen your relationship—or just want to reconnect—I’d be honored to walk with you.
Reach out to register or ask questions. This seminar can be offered in person or online.
